9-13-25: Pantagraph Feature

As Lab Coffee (and Yoga Lab) geared up for their 4th anniversary celebration, the Pantagraph took that opportunity to run a story about their future expansion and plans to share a space with Encounter.

The article offered a chance for Adam and Abby Ghantous (our Lab Coffee partners) to shine a spotlight on their desire to create a space that isn’t just focused on coffee, but also places a huge value on community.

“I think that’s why a lot of people come in consistently, because our baristas are positive and kind. They make eye contact; they remember your drink. And there’s a need for that in every day life.” (Abby Ghantous)

“Abby Ghantous said the way both Lab and Encounter emphasize connection with community and mental health makes sense for their partnership.”

As a ministry, we’re incredibly excited to see our building plans move forward. And it’s a beautiful thing that both our city and university are beginning to see the blessing that this new space could become.

Please keep praying with us as these dreams become a reality!
