For the last 2 years, our staff has had a daily alarm set on our phones, set to go off at 9:15am. This little daily interruption has served to remind us to pause and pray John 15:5. We are the vine. He is the branch. If we want to bear fruit, we can’t cut ourselves off from our source of nourishment. It’s our daily reminder of dependence on Him.
God gave us some incredible and beautiful dreams for campus, but they were beyond us. The amount of time, sacrifice, and money required for a project of this scope was more than daunting. It wasn’t possible. Even with a talented and dedicated staff, we all knew this dream would require the Lord to carve some pathways for us.
He has. We received the final pledge for this building project. We are FULLY FUNDED!!! What a beautiful miracle and answer to literally years of prayer. Thank you to the many people, churches, and businesses who have seen the need and have given so generously.
In the very beginning of this journey, we asked that the Lord would give us a vision that could serve the campus for the next 50 years (unless He returns in the meantime). And He has created the kind of place that will do exactly that.
Join us in praising Him! We’re just the vine. He’s the branch. Apart from Him we can do nothing. And with Him … literally anything is possible! (Mark 10:27)
