With the semester wrapping up, and with only a few weeks left before we move into our new space, it truly feels like we’re making the final lap on what has been a crazy year. Furniture is being finalized. Fixtures are being hung. Parts of the building are already moving from heavy construction to the final finishes.
And … as excitement grows, we have a fun announcement! Our official building opening will be Saturday, June 27th. We will host two events that morning. Ben Zobrist (Chicago Cubs 2016 World Series MVP) will be joining us for a brunch at 9:45am in ISU’s Brown Ballroom. That event will focus on faith, hope, resilience, and mental health. Just after that event (at 11:45am), Ben will participate in a ribbon cutting ceremony at our newly finished building at 210 W Mulberry.
